What the job looks like
- Out on the road in a work vehicle, not stuck in one bay
- Brakes, batteries, plugs, sensors, oil changes and more
- Ricardo diagnoses with you and is a phone call away when a job gets tricky
Who we are looking for
- Trustworthy, first. Skills can be taught.
- Some training, like Tooele Tech or another automotive program
- A valid driver’s license and a clean enough record to drive a work vehicle
- Wants to learn diagnostics, electrical and how to use a scope
How you grow
Pay goes up as your skills do. ASE certifications and real diagnostic ability, like electrical troubleshooting, earn raises. You learn from someone who would rather teach you than keep you on oil changes forever.
